Vibration are fine trembling movements performed on or along a never path, by the fingers or distal phalanx of the thumb, or the palmar surface of the hand.

The muscles of the forearm are continually contracted and relaxed to produce this fine trembling or vibration, which can be applied either in static or a running form (fingers travel over an area)
